As providers of consultancy, training and other major services, integrity is one of our core values upon which our foundation for delivering superior service to help solve our clients most pressing business problems is built. We believe in doing the right thing even if it may compromise our short-term profitability. We are willing to be sufficiently creative and flexible, but always operate under a ahigh moral, ethical and legal standard.

But this commitment goes beyond our clients and extends into the communities in which our people live and work. In addition, Cremona believes in each employees potential to effect change in his or her community, and to that end, the company provides several avenues to support employees individual efforts, including a matching-gifts program and grants for employees to contribute to the organizations.

We started our journey at the epicenter of this crisis in Northern Nigeria, Cremona’s innovative technology platform and program makes farming much more profitable for smallholder farmers, turning at-risk youth into successful entrepreneurs.
